Production
Accurate selection and choice of the grapes of our vineyard. Soft pressing, fermentation in new barriques from 400 liters, of French oak. Maturation of 12 months with "batonnage" of the dregs for the whole period.

This wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Sémillon. Vines are growing on a calcareous clay land

Strow yellow with reflexes still greenish.
Nose
intense, aromatic, complex with well amalgamate wood.
Palate
Very persistent and perfumed.
Food pairings
Best served with Carpaccio of pink trout and sturgeon with Bavarian of fresh tomato. Risotto of pumpkin and gorgonzola. Bass in sauce of saffron.
