The Dôle Blanche is a Rosé made of Gamay and Pinot Noir varietals. Both grapes are pressed.
Vinification
A slow and careful pressing, then an initial low-temperature fermentation is done to guarantee a rich and full-bodied wine while also ensuring finesse and freshness of the aromas.
