History
This wine is elaborated with Chasselas grapes, varietal called Fendant in the Valais region. The vines are grown on the vineyards of Yvorne situated in the Chablais region along Lake Geneva. Since 2007, this region is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
Vinification
A slow and careful pressing, an initial low-temperature fermentation and several months of aging in vats during which the malolactic fermentation takes place guarantee a rich and full-bodied wine while also ensuring finesse and freshness of the aromas.
