History
The grapes come from vines with really low yields selected by Dominique Giroud. This meticulous blend is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
Winemaking
The extended maceration of 4 weeks days allows the gentle skin extraction of colour, tannins and structure of this red wine. This is followed by 12 months of oak aging in 400-litre barrels, during which the malolactic fermentation occurs.
Then, the wine ages for one year in wooden barrel before bottling.
