Production
The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Thereafter, the must on the skins for 25 days. After your emptying the wine is aged in 16 months long new oak barrels of 225 LT.

Ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose
Deep and dense. Sweet, at the beginning reminds cassis and blackberries than leather, bright tobacco, eucalyptus and tea leaves. Balsamic.
Palate
Full strong, long and enduring, but also elegant and spicy, with great structure.
