Production
The grapes were stored in special boxes harvested with care, only the best bunches, in a cool and ventilated for 3-4 weeks for better concentration. Pounding delicate Followed by 25 days of fermentation and maceration with maceration in steels tanks at controlled-temperature. After racking fermentation in new barriques from 225 liters, of French oak Allier and Never for 16 months.

Ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose
Intense and complex with notes of sour cherry and plum. The vanilla, tobacco and notes of roasting complement the fine bouquet of aromas.
Palate
Rich and full with gritty tannins but elegants. Spicy and full with fresh aromatic notes and menthol, persistente ed armonioso.
